The Patch

The 17:th of may 2008. Mr. Ingmar Johansson received “The Patch” from GMA. Richard “Huk” Planas.


The Patch was designed in the early -70’s and given to students in Mr Planas lineage. At that point it was the “lineage patch”, after a few years this was changed to the”System Patch”. According to Mr. Planas, the individual that knows the system to his personal satisfaction receives the patch.

It takes many years of hard work to obtain this acknowledgement. In Mr. Johansson’s case it took eight years of intensive studying and many hours to go through the system.

Mr. Planas has been in Sweden 4-5 times per year teaching Mr Johansson on a one to one basis for a week. Mr Planas started to travel to Sweden on a frequent basis in the year of 2000.

Den 17:th of may 2008 Mr Johansson recieved the patch and became oficially a first generation student under Mr Planas. There is a certificate that goes along with the Patch. And he is the first person outside of the United States of America that has achived the patch.

The 16:th of February 2006 Mr. Johansson was promoted to 5:th degree black belt. That made him today’s highest ranking black belt in Europe under Mr. Planas and the only one that has achieved the patch in this continent. Today there are no more then 12-15 persons in the world that has earned the system patch.

Mr Planas was one of three persons who designed the system as we know it today.
